Inference Talent Advisory is led by me, Ada Offonry.

I bring over 20 years of experience recruiting for hedge funds, trading firms, and AI driven technology companies across London, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Most recently, I served as Global Head of Talent at Quadrature Capital.

I am a certified executive coach, trained through IPEC and Firework, and I integrate coaching discipline selectively within my advisory work , particularly in moments involving identity shift, leadership scope change, or decision uncertainty. My work remains firmly grounded in strategic judgment, market context, and decision quality.

I am also the host of the Adapted Ambitions podcast, where I explore career decisions, market shifts, and reinvention with senior professionals across finance, technology, and leadership. I speak on topics including talent strategy, career decision making under uncertainty, and leadership transitions in quantitative and technology driven environments.
